Scaled, basic, monochrome model blocks, made from timber, acrylic or dense foam, sat on an engraved contoured base. Used predominantly as a design development and space allocation aid, for both private/in office use and early client design exploration. Additions to a simple block model, may include trees, however scale often makes figures and cars insignificant.
Scaled architecturally detailed block buildings, with laser printed architectural features. Buildings can be painted and finished to your specification, often left white or realistically painted. The base can be finished to an elemental level with engraved landscaping and sprayed white or on a fully coloured, realistic engraved base with the additional option of trees, figures and cars. Depending on the scale, the level of detail can include anything and everything including; balconies, chimneys, dormers and porches.
Constructed in layers over a plastic skeleton, this method allows for high detailing such as realistic window and door reveals, and brick engrave lines on elevations. Details such as laser cut window frames and architectural features, further elevates such models to being as realistic as possible. As with a detailed block model the base is finished to a highly realistic level, including laser cut fencing, road markings and landscaping, etc. It is also possible for buildings to be internally lit, as a group, individual buildings, or even as individual flats. This can then be controlled remotely or via a panel incorporated into the base.
